Stillage (Rack) tracking for the glass industry

Minimize discussions and increase your rotation speed

Optimal tracking of your stillages via GlassTrack ensures that you always have enough racks available in production to organize deliveries. The psychological effect of tracking ensures that your customers release the stillages more quickly and don't misplace them. As a result, the turnover rate increases by 28.9%.

Save up to 5% on your fuel costs

Thanks to the mobile app, drivers have an overview of the empty trestles reported in their vicinity, so they can decide to take an additional trestle to optimally fill the truck and save up to 5% on transport costs.

Better communication with your customers

Via GlassTrack (or your ERP), orders can be linked to a rack. This way, you know which stillage has been delivered to which customer, and how many days it's been there. This enables you to send an accurate inventory to your customers (on a monthly basis) with a list of the stillages immobilized and the number of days they've been with your customer (even the position can be included). Your customer has clear data, so he can't deny that the stillage is still with him.

The GlassTrack solution is invoiced on the basis of the trackers used. The maximum subscription is €3/month/rack. This amount is quickly recouped thanks to a sharp reduction in trestle losses and considerable time savings in rack management, both for head office and for the drivers who collect empty stillages.

You also have the entry-level solution, which offers the GlassTrack solution without the sensor, but based on a QR code. The good news is that you have access to all the software functions as with the sensor, with the difference that you don't have automatic localization via the chip, but must scan the QR code to locate your easel. In the process, at the depot, the easel is scanned to automatically reposition it at the depot, and when the driver drops it off, he scans it to position it at the customer's premises. Even customers can scan it without having to install the application.
